Over the course of a month, on 14 dates, we promoted the official Fan Zone of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. With a structure of 13,400 square meters for up to 7,000 people simultaneously and an exclusive VIP area for 200 guests, the event transformed the beach into the true epicenter of passion for football.

THE JOURNEY

It took months of work, starting from the first discussions with FIFA and DAZN for acquiring the rights, conversations that began back in 2024. The agency was responsible for the event in all aspects, from start to finish, including the design of the arena, artistic and entertainment curation, commercial financial modeling, sponsorship negotiation, scouting various partnerships, promotion, and finally production, bringing to life all the effort put in.

The VIP area of the FanZone welcomed over 4,000 guests throughout the 14 days of the event. With open bar and open food every day, the space provided a complete experience for fans, including game broadcasts, activations from various brands, and the presence of personalities and influencers.
