In addition to the competition track, Grangiro offers a space for sports brands from different segments, including bike workshops, test rides, massages, recovery and an exhibition area. Not to mention, of course, music and food.

The Greatest Athlete in Brazilian MTB History
Henrique Avancini, the Brazilian mountain bike phenomenon, took part in Grangiro MTB Búzios 2021. He is the only athlete to have won in every modality of MTB. In 2018, he made history by winning the World Championship.

Sustainability
Treasuring the natural beauty of several regions, we help to preserve green areas and strengthen local economies.
For More Seedling Planting
We are a Carbon Neutral event. We compensate for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and foster a low-carbon society in every stage of the competition. Over 2,000 seedlings have been planted in three years.
Fostering entrepreneurship
In each Grangiro event, we promote free workshops for local communities with activities that aim at generating income related to the growth in the cycling market.
Trail and Mountain Preservation
It is vital to reduce disposal. There are no disposable glasses or bottles in the competition’s drinking stations. The athletes are responsible for providing their own support, and our stations are exclusively for filling up. We encourage reflection on the waste we produce and the importance of adopting new habits.
