Between 2010 and 2012, Estácio, one of the largest and most acclaimed groups in the field of higher education in Latin America, promoted in partnership with Effect Sport the editions of the Estácio’s Race and Walk, held along the coast of Rio de Janeiro.

The 6km course (3km at Leblon Beach and 3km at Ipanema Beach) was ran by 3 thousand amateur and professional athletes.
