The partnership between Effect Sport and Estácio began in 2010. Estácio is one of the largest and most acclaimed groups in the field of higher education in Latin America. In 2010, the school alongside the agency and the Sport Business magazine developed a course of Business in Sports. The project was attended by professionals from the Organizing Committee for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, 2014 Soccer World Cup Committee, Rede Globo, The Ministry of Sports and main sports marketing agencies in Brazil.

Effect Sport promoted the Estácio’s Race and Walk event, which took place in Rio de Janeiro’s beach and was attended by more than 3000 amateur and professional athletes.

Estácio was also one of the sponsors of the Rio Open Tennis event. Rio Open is the largest, most important tennis event in South America and takes place at Rio de Janeiro’s Jockey Club. Effect Sport was responsible for the development and production of the University’s stand, which was considered one of the most animated and crowded stands of the event.
